To be eligible for a return, just make sure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Oh, and don't forget your receipt or proof of purchase.

When you're ready to start a return, just head over to our Contact page on our website and shoot us a message using the contact form. We'll get the ball rolling on your return and send you all the details, including a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Remember, we can only accept returns if you've reached out to us first, so don't forget to contact us before sending anything back.

Now, let's talk about damages and issues. If you notice any problems with your order when it arrives, like defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please get in touch with me right away. We'll work with you to make things right.

While most items can be returned, there are a few exceptions. Things like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items can't be returned. If you're unsure whether your item falls into this category, feel free to reach out—we're here to help!
